STEPS TO ENROLL: 

  1. Contact us at info@evoluxestudio.com or text us at 509-818-0850 to set up a date as well as a training program that works best for you.

  2. Once we confirm a training that works for both of us, please let us know if you want to do a payment plan with PayPal or pay in full. 

  3. We will let you know the next steps depending on what your option is.

LOCATION: 7743B 15th Avenue NW Seattle WA 98117

DEPOSIT: All of our training requires a $1000 deposit to reserve your spot for the training. The deposit is NOT transferable or refundable. 

PRE-REQUISITE: All students must complete a Blood Borne Pathogens certificate before the first day of class.

All of our students have the option to either pay in full which entails paying a $1000 deposit to reserve your spot, and paying the remainder in cash on the first day of training. Or sign up for installment plans with PayPal. You will be choosing PayPal pay monthly plan, you have the choice to choose 6, 12 or 24 month payments. If you want to choose this option, please click PAYPAL at checkout. 

There is no sign up fee or late fee with this option!
