STUDIO POLICIES

Evoluxe Studio & Academy is an exclusive studio BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

 

Due to the nature of our services, we kindly request that you respect our no-guest policy to ensure the concentration of our artists. Only those with appointments are allowed in the studio.

DISCLAIMER

Permanent Makeup procedure results are not guaranteed. Many factors affect how the brow heals which the technician has no control over. It is a multi-step process and additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain desired results. Although I give the best effort to provide you with quality service and products, each client heals differently and many factors will lead to varied results. I can not guarantee perfect symmetry as some muscle movements and different bone structures do not allow it. The final shape is completely your decision and I will not start tattooing until you are satisfied with the final shape. It is your responsibility to read through my FAQs for the best results. Please read through my entire FAQ to see if this procedure will be beneficial for you. Since healed results will vary between each client, using a brow pencil or powder after the procedure may still be needed.

Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be made for any services performed.

CORRECTIVE OR EXISTING BROW WORK

Clients with previous brow work must submit a clear picture of their bare brows to info@evoluxestudio.com before booking an appointment. In addition to the photos in your email, please include the date of your last brow sessions, and how many sessions you received. Corrective pricing is $100 for each session to correct the color and design of the eyebrows. Corrective work may take more than 3 sessions to get to optimal shape and color.

Final results are NOT guaranteed.

DEPOSITS

Deposits are non-refundable. A $100 deposit is required to book and confirm your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your service. It is transferable to re-schedule if given a 48-hour notice, or else the deposit is forfeited.

PLEASE NOTE: It is your responsibility to read through the FAQ and determine whether you are a good candidate for Permanent Makeup. If upon your arrival, we determine that we can not continue with the procedures because of the listed conditions in the FAQ, your deposit will be non-refundable.

PAYMENTS & TIPS 

Payment methods that are accepted: Cash and major credit cards.
If you are paying in cash, please have EXACT CHANGE. We do not carry extra cash.

Tips are not included, it isn't required but is greatly appreciated.
If you do plan to tip, please bring CASH.

Please keep in mind, that our employees are commission-based so they get a percentage of each procedure but do get to keep 100% of their tips.


A standard Washington state tax will be added to the cost of the procedure (10.25%).

CANCELLATIONS & LATE POLICY

As these appointments take a considerable time, please give me 48 hours' notice before canceling or rescheduling to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Email me to contact me and please DO NOT reschedule before contacting me. Any appointments canceled before 48 hours will be charged a $50 fee for last-minute cancellations or will forfeit their deposit. 

No-shows will be charged the FULL appointment fee. All appointments canceled and not rescheduled within 48 hours' notice will be charged HALF of the appointment fee. 

Guest should arrive 5 minutes prior to their appointment time to allow time to fill out paperwork and get settled in. Please do not come more than 15 minutes early unless scheduled, I am working on an appointment-based schedule so I won't be able to get you in earlier. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it will result in the forfeit of your deposit and rescheduling of your appointment.

TOUCH UPS 

Since permanent makeup is a 2 step process, please do not expect perfect results after the first session. The first session is used to build shape and gain symmetry. The second session is used to perfect the brows and add density. I will offer to book your second appointment during your first visit, after that it is your responsibility to book your appointments. I recommend you to schedule your touch-up 6-8 weeks after your initial appointment, any touch-up appointments scheduled after 12 weeks will be charged depending on the timeframe from your last appointment.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no guarantee of results, everyone's results will vary due to skin type, lifestyle, and initial 2 weeks aftercare and long-term care of your brow tattoo. Darker skin tone women, permanent makeup will not look as bold or sharp compared to lighter skin clients. Some clients' skin may have a harder time retaining pigment and may require additional sessions. 

As the tattoo fades, the strokes will get fainter and less defined. Maintenance is required to maintain desired results. Touch-ups are done on average every 9-12 months to maintain your brow tattoo and will be charged accordingly.
